Great atmosphere! I went for lunch by myself and enjoyed the scenery. I ordered the soup of the day which is curry along with mahi mahi tacos.
Service was on point and I happened to find this place last minute when searching for food venues near me (stayed at the Mandalay Bay) -

I enjoyed my lunch but the main course could have been better. On a nice day, it is a great location. Overlooking the pool, you can eat outside. Service, as you would expect in a Four Seasons, is excellent. I started with the soup of the day, Italian Wedding Soup, and it was probably the best Wedding Soup I have ever had. Great flavor and high quality meat, it was simply beautiful.
With these high expectations, I felt let down on the main course, chicken under brick. Normally, I love the dish as it is very tasty with crisp skin. Here, it did not feel like they cooked it under a brick. It was a thick piece of chicken with soggy skin (good news, I hate healthier and had no trouble taking off the skin). I was also disappointed as it was listed with green and white asparagus but they were largely just a garnish, a few very thin pieces.
I enjoyed the venue, service was good and soup was great, just wish the chicken was a little tastier. -

Pros: inside the Four Seasons, with outdoor seating overlooking the pool and misters for extra hot days. Good quality of food. Tasty coffee.
Cons: had to ask twice for a glass of water, and then had to ask for it to be refilled. Price is astronomical for what you're getting. We had two simple breakfast dishes, one coffee and one glass of juice for $70 total. Yikes. -

This review is for afternoon tea, which is currently $35 per person, less than the other area teas on the Strip.
First, I parked at the valet. The restaurant will validate your ticket for you so parking is free. My friend parked at Mandalay Bay because she is an Mlife member.
Tea is served in Veranda, the restaurant next to Charlie Palmer Steakhouse. They also serve lunch during tea, so you will see and smell different food coming out. So while this isn't an elegant or particularly refined setting for tea, it is still quiet and relaxing.
The tea selection is not huge but well rounded with a total of 6 teas. I tried the Ruby Oolong and Silver Needle, which were both very developed in both flavor and aroma. They refresh your hot water and the pots have a way to lift your tea leaves out of the water when it has reached your preferred steep.
The food consists of 4 types of sandwich, 4 types of pastries, and two types of scones.
- The scones (sweet cream and currant) were delectable paired with a perfect Devonshire cream, seedless strawberry jam, and lemon curd.
- The sandwiches varied between perfect (roast beef and smoked salmon), good (turkey), and average (cucumber).
- The lemon bar was exceptional! The rest were just average.
Ricky was our main server, friendly and attentive. Teresa chased me out to my car when I forgot my phone at the table. Wonderful service! -

My husband and I went to the Veranda for lunch after spending the morning at the pool. We were both impressed with the amount and quality of the food we received. We both left stuffed and with a bunch of food left over. I ordered the Tuscan Chicken Salad, my husband got the Sin City Burger with fries. The fires were crispy and seasoned well...I kept reaching back in the basket for more. My salad was delicious--the chicken was tender, and all of the veggies toppings were fresh and tasty. We would absolutely come back!
